Helping People Develop their Natural Resources

At Pacific Island Projects (PIP) people always come first.  We aim to help people develop their natural resources for multiple benefits and promise to deliver a practical solution to each and every one of our clients. We recommend holistic, process oriented approaches that lead to significant outcomes; not quick fixes. We design, manage and support projects that focus on:

  • Community driven development;
  • Forests, climate change and REDD;
  • Communication, learning and knowledge building.

Pacific Island Projects (PIP) also supplies the sustainable forestry sector with a holistic, one-stop source of information. Our multi-media resource packs focus on the information needs of landowners, school children, tree growers, field workers and wood processors in Papua New Guinea. There are audios, videos, pamphlets, posters, research papers, reports and much more. There are currently over 800 files in 300 folders, all of which are freely available from the Resources Section of this website!  To find put more, download the PIP Outreach Brochure.
